Review calendar

How to open the Reviews calendar in PlayLingo to see how many words you reviewed each day and how many cards are due next.

FreeChecked September 15, 2026

The Reviews sheet shows your practice month by month: what you did on past days and what’s coming up.

How to open the review calendar

  1. Open the Vocabulary tab.
  2. Tap the calendar button in the top-right corner.

The Reviews sheet opens.

Reading the calendar

  • Past days show how many different words you reviewed that day. A day without practice has a dot.
  • Future days show how many cards will be due.
  • Today is filled in once you’ve completed practice.

Move between months to look back to when you started your vocabulary, or ahead to the last scheduled review.

Open a day

Tap a day with a number:

  • a past day lists the words you answered, with the result, the exercise and when each card comes back (Reviewed: N);
  • a future day lists the cards that will be due (Due: N), weakest first.

Tap the stage ring next to a word to open its status and history.

Where your words are

Below the calendar, your entries are counted by stage — New, Learning, In review, Mastered — plus Excluded from practice.

How practice works

Tap the i button in the top-left corner of Reviews to read How Practice Works: the daily portion, the exercises and how the schedule is chosen. See also How practice works.

Common questions

A past day shows a number, but no words. Why?

You practiced that day on another device. The day’s number syncs, but the answer log is kept on the device where you practiced. You’ll see This day was practiced on another device — the answer log is kept locally.

Why is the calendar empty?

If you see No practice yet, none of your entries is in practice. Save words from videos, or turn In practice back on for paused ones.

Does the calendar show my streak?

No, it shows practice only. See Streak and freezes.
