Contact and bug reports
How to report a bug in PlayLingo with a screenshot, suggest a feature, or email support at info@playlingo.app with your user ID.
We read every message. The fastest way to report a problem is right from the app — your app version is attached automatically.
How to report a bug
- Open Settings → Found a bug?
- Describe what went wrong. One or two sentences are enough.
- Tap Attach a screenshot if you have one — it helps a lot.
- Add your email in Email for a reply (optional) if you want an answer.
- Tap Send. You’ll see “Thank you, we got it”.
If you see “Couldn’t send — check your connection”, check your internet and send again.
Shake your phone or take a screenshot
When something breaks, you don’t need to go to Settings:
- Shake your iPhone, or take a screenshot.
- A Found a bug? button appears at the edge of the screen for a few seconds.
- Tap it — the report opens with a picture of the screen already attached.
If you ignore the button, it disappears by itself.
Suggest a feature
Open Settings → Suggest a Feature to vote on ideas from other learners or suggest a new one.
