如何真正用 YouTube 學習
- 1.挑略高於自己程度的內容。
Krashen 稱之為 i+1——大部分的字都懂，但有幾個是新的。太簡單＝沒有成長。太難＝聽不懂。
- 2.打開雙語字幕。

- 3.不要每個字都停下來翻譯。

如何挑選適合自己程度的日文內容
最常見的錯誤是一開始就挑太難的。如果聽懂的內容不到 70%，大腦會花太多力氣在解碼上，根本吸收不了。降一個等級吧。無聊沒關係——無聊反而有效。
- A1–A2先專注在可理解輸入頻道。語速慢、有畫面輔助、內容重複。
- B1–B2混合街頭訪問、vlog 和教育內容。這就是你突破教科書瓶頸的階段。
- C1+毫不妥協的母語內容——頂尖創作者、新聞、Podcast、小說。
